“Criminal investigators of the MIA of Russia Administration for the Lipetsk Region have established the identity and location of a local resident possibly involved in the murder of a 15-year-old teenager.
The crime was committed on the evening of October 13. An unidentified man injured a 10th grade school-boy who was walking home. The victim died before the ambulance arrived.
Police officers interviewed witnesses to the incident and examined surveillance footage. In the shortest possible time, the identity of the offender was established. He turned out to be a previously convicted resident of the regional center.
The materials collected by the operatives were transferred to the investigative authorities for a procedural decision,” said the Spokesperson for the Russian MIA Irina Volk.
