Officers of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate established and brought to justice an offender of the Traffic Rules
“Traffic inspectors of the MIA of Russia GA for Moscow during the daily monitoring of information posted on the Internet found a violation of the Traffic Rules,” said the MIA Spokesperson Irina Volk.
