Moscow Criminal Investigation Officers Detained Suspects in a Series of Car Thefts
“The police suppressed the activities of a group of persons suspected of a series of car hijacks in Moscow and the Moscow Region,” reported the MIA of Russia Spokesperson Irina Volk.
