Social project “Light Up!” of Russian Traffic Police will teach schoolchildren how to use reflective elements
“12 000 children from 6 regions will learn in ‘Light Up!’ campaign about advantages of reflective elements for pedestrians and bicyclists,” said the MIA official representative Irina Volk.
