Two citizens were detained for illegal firearms and ammunition trafficking by employees of Russian MIA General Administration for North Caucasian Federal District
“Policemen documented two facts of trafficking of a crafted single-loading fire device. In both cases, the homemade firearm had the form of a mechanical pen,” said Russian MIA official representative Irina Volk.
