Fraud involving misappropriation of nearly 1 billion rubles of commercial bank before its liquidation was revealed by police
“Employees of the GAES&CC of the Russian MIA documented unlawful activities of the former executives and owners of a commercial bank whose license had been withdrawn,” said Russian MIA official representative Irina Volk.
