Criminal case on organization of a criminal community was initiated by investigators in Nizhny Novgorod
“The Investigation Administration of the Russian MIA Administration for Nizhny Novgorod accused 20 defendants in the criminal case. 141 citizens were recognized as victims,” said Russian MIA official representative Irina Volk.
