Russian drivers started using the option to pay fines for breaking the traffic rules “with a discount”
Since January 1, 2016 drivers have the option to pay administrative penalties for violations of the traffic rules in the amount of one-half of an imposed penalty if the payment is made within 20 days after the date of the decision to impose an administrative sanction.
