Traffic Police inspectors in Tomsk carried driving skills competition among disabled drivers "Siberian Character"
Besides locals of Tomsk, the teams from the Altay Territory and the Novosibirsk Region took part in the competition. The participants' driving experience ranged from 1.5 to 40 years.
