In the Chelyabinsk Region the Police sent to Court a criminal investigation into a fact of fictitious registration of foreign citizens
In July 2014 a man fictitiously registered thirteen, and in February 2015, four more citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan. The Police and FMS officers found, that no one of the registered foreign nationals lived in the apartment.
