The Traffic Police inspector pulled out the driver locked inside the car, took him to a safe place and until the arrival of the ambulance gave him first aid.
Traffic Police officer rescued a drowning man in the Arkhangelsk Region
On his day-off Inspector of the Traffic Police of the MIA Division for the Ustyansky District, Police Senior Lieutenant Alexander Tannin was making time near the village of Priluki. Going in a motor boat along the Ustaya River, Alexander noticed an overturned boat in the water and things floating around it. He got closer and heard a cry, then noticed a drowning man and went to his rescue.
