Early in the morning of April 7th officers of the Traffic Police battalion of the MIA for the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Police Captain Vassily Rufov and police Junior Lieutenant Roman Nevtreusov patrolled the city streets. In the area of the theater the police noticed smoke in a private house.
