Officers of the Police Private Security Service rescued a woman in the Vologda Region
Police Warrant Officer Alexander Nekipelov crawled across the ice toward the drowning woman, and his partner Vladimir Igumnov at that moment called an "ambulance" and then also hurried to the rescue of the woman.
