In Kaluga, the Police detained a man suspected of a series of robberies of underage children
At the end of October - beginning of November this year in Kaluga there was registered a series of robberies against underage children. The malefactor attacked children when they returned home from school. He stripped them of cell phones, tablet computers and disappeared. A criminal case was initiated under the "Robbery." article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
