Policemen helped a resident of Omsk in the Kurgan Region
Policemen of the specialized squadron of the Road Police of the Traffic Police Administration of the Russian MIA Administration for the Kurgan Region Aleksandr Kulakov and Sergei Semenov saved life of a 44-year old resident of Omsk who was suffering a severe allergic reaction to an insect bite.
