Policemen of the Patrol and Inspection Service rescue a drowning man in Petrozavodsk
Junior Police Sergeant Vitaly Kozin and Police Sergeant Aleksandr Belov were patrolling the avenue of the city when they saw a man in the river under the bridge who was unable to get out of the water. The policemen noted that his head was injured.
