Vladimir Kolokoltsev signed an order awarding a precinct officer from the Tver Region with the MIA of Russia medal “For courage in the cause of rescue”
“The brave officer saved from the imminent death a seven-year-old boy who fell through the ice on the Western Dvina River,” said the official representative of the Russian MIA Irina Volk.
