Accused in racketeering was extradited from Germany in a group of people

A citizen of the Russian Federation, a 29-year-old native of the Kazakh SSR accused of racketeering (Part 2 of Art.163) and of unlawfully possessing of a motor vehicle or other vehicle without the purpose of theft (Part 2 of Art.166) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, was extradited from Hamburg (Germany). He was accompanied by officers of the National Central Bureau of Interpol and of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service.

Figurant in May 2015, at the railway station at Ingushetia Republic, Sunzhensky district, Ordzhonikidzevskaya, conspired with his acquaintances for the purpose of committing a crime.

Realizing the intended actions, accomplices came to one of the cars parked at the station, whose driver carried out private transportation. The malefactors pretended customers and asked for a lift. When the driver delivered them to the place, they under threat of violence began to racket money from him. Luckily the victim managed to escape and apply to police.

On the fact of the attack, criminal proceeding was instituted, and the participant of the attack, who left Russia, was wanted by the Interpol lines.

As a result of operational activities, the man was detained in Germany.
