"Dobrolyubov Sergey, born in Perm in 1965, was extradited to Russia from Israel. He was searched by the Interpol lines on charges of causing serious bodily harm, dangerous to human life", said Russian MIA official representative Irina Volk.
In October 2003, a quarrel between the defendant and an unknown person before arose based on personal dislike near the Moscow Central Department Store. During the conflict, Dobrolyubov stabbed several times his opponent, causing him a serious bodily harm dangerous for his life.
On the fact of the attack, a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Russia, Dobrolyubov was involved as an accused in the committing of this crime.
Taking advantage of the fact that he was released under a signed undertaking not to leave his place, he disappeared from the Police. He left the Russian Federation and was put on the international wanted list.
The fugitive was detained in Israel and today, accompanied by the officers National Central Bureau of Interpol and of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service, he will be taken to Moscow.
