“Dzhavoev Malhaz born in 1980 accused of a crime stipulated Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was taken to Moscow from Germany accompanied by officers of the Bureau of Interpol and of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service,” - said Russian MIA official representative Irina Volk.
“The man is suspected of having killed acquaintance, woman hasn't been in touch with family since August 2014. Dzhavoev was found out to be the last person who saw the missing person. As a result of the investigation and search operations there were found traces of blood in a vehicle rented by young people before the woman disappeared. The expert examination revealed that those belonged to the missing woman,” told Irina Volk.
A criminal case has been initiated on the above fact. As Dzhavoev hasn’t come to the police despite being called several times, he has been declared wanted through Interpol channels upon the request of the MIA General Administration of Moscow.
As a result of the investigation and search operations the accused was detained on the territory of Germany.
After the extradition request of the Attorney General’s Office of the Russian Federation have been granted the detained was taken by the competent authorities in Germany to the officers of the National Central Bureau of Interpol of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and FPSF of the Russian Federation to be extradited back to Moscow.
