“Officers of the Criminal Investigation Administration of the MIA General Administration for the Moscow region, together with colleagues from the MIA Inter-district Administration ‘Orekhovo-Zuevskoye’ detained a 56-year-old local woman, suspected of organizing a murder,” reported the MIA official representative Irina Volk.
It was found that from January to February 02 of this year the offender experiencing personal dislike to the 54-year-old wife of her ex-husband, was searching for the perpetrator of the crime. However, the woman's intentions became known to criminal investigation officers, who took control of all of her conversations and meetings with an operational officer posing as the perpetrator of the crime.
During the meetings with the perpetrator the woman offered for the murder a cash reward of 100 thousand rubles, paying 15 thousand rubles as an advance.
Operatives staged the murder providing photos of the alleged corpse of the victim for further presentation to the customer as a proof of the work done.
During the “operational experiment” the woman met with the perpetrator of the murder and received personal belongings of the victim as an evidence of the allegedly committed the murder. After the transfer of a part of the money in the amount of 50 thousand rubles the offender was detained by the police.
The collected materials have been transferred to the investigating authorities for a procedural decision.
The offender was presented the charges and detention was selected as the preventive measure for her.
