A man suspected of hooliganism was detained in the center of Moscow

Yesterday at about 04:00 PM in Domodedovo Airport, officers of the General Administration of Criminal Investigation of the Russian MIA, the Criminal Investigation Administration of the General Administration of the Russian MIA for Moscow and the Russian FSB detained a jobless resident of Moscow born in 1980 under a criminal case initiated last December by the Investigation Administration of the Internal Affairs Administration for the Central Administrative District of Moscow according to Part 3 Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism). According to the preliminary data, the man being in the attic of a house nearby a public transport stop had thrown down a grenade. Reasons are being established.
We should recall that in the evening on January 7, 2015 an unknown man threw a hand grenade to the roadway nearby a public transport stop on Pokrovka Street. The police were unable to detain the malefactor in hot pursuit.
Last week, Makhmud Akhmedov born in 1983 in the North Caucasian Federal District was put on the wanted list within that criminal case. However, the check did not prove his complicity in that crime.
Currently the police are carrying out relevant investigative work with the detained man.
