Russian MIA prepared a draft regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation directing issues of registration of transport of state bodies and institutions in the Crimea
The Russian MIA prepared draft regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation “On certain issues of state registration of motor vehicles and vehicle trailers in the Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol”.
The draft resolution is aiming to implement the possibility of registration for a limited period of time of motor vehicles and vehicle trailers earlier owned by various legal entities and transferred by supreme state executive bodies of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol into possession of state unitary enterprises, state public institutions, municipal authorities, other state bodies (institutions) of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
The adoption of the resolution would contribute to the efficiency of the above authorities and to the social and economic development of the Crimean Federal District.
The draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation is currently under public discussion at the Unified Portal for publishing information on the development by federal executive bodies of draft regulations and results of their public discussion.
