Officers of the MIA General Administration of Criminal Investigation together with colleagues from the Ivanovo Region in the billiard club of Ivanovo stopped the gathering of leaders of criminal organizations.

As a result, there was detained a 32-year-old thief in "law", known in the criminal environment under the nick-name Ica Martvilskiy. During the personal search the police found and seized from him about 3 grams of amphetamine.

A criminal case under part 2 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code "Illegal acquisition, storage, transportation, manufacturing, processing without a purpose of selling of narcotics, psychotropic substances or their analogues in a large amount". The offender was detained pursuant to Art. 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the issue of selecting against him a preventive measure in the form of placement to custody is being considered.
