A criminal case against a cash collector, organizer of a robbery, was sent to court in Tatarstan
The General Investigation Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan completed the preliminary investigation against the cash collector who had organized a robbery.
The attack took place on Jan. 23, 2015 in Zelenodolsk. The 26-year-old cash collector shot from the service gun his partner in the leg and fled with 68 million rubles in the collector's car. The police announced in the city, the "Interception" plan, the nearby MIA territorial bodies were informed about this.
The General Investigation Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan initiated a criminal case on the fact of robbery.
Soon, the investigators found the stolen car in one of the garage complexes. The police found in the foreign-made car only ATM boxes, with about 5 million rubles.
The police checked everyone who spoke or could communicate with the cash collector within the past two years. As a result, it was found that the wanted man could involve in the robbery one of his close friends - a 29-year-old resident of Zelenodolsk. He disappeared simultaneously with the cash collector, and a few months before the incident he had been actively disseminating information about his intention to move to another city. In addition, the investigators found that the wanted collector shortly before committing the crime called his army colleague of Mari El.
Five days later - on January 28 - the suspects were detained in the Republic of Mari El in one of the private houses in the village of Petropavlovo of the Kilemarsky District. Operatives seized the guns that were in the possession of the suspects, as well as about a half of the money stolen.
On the same day in Kazan the police detained one more accomplice in the crime - a 37-year-old relative of the cash-collector, who, according to investigators, helped the criminals to escape after the attack. Placement to custody was selected as the preventive measure for all the suspects.
It was found that a part of the money the offenders managed to transfer to relatives, friends and hide in caches on the way of movement. Police seized most of the stolen amount - 55 million rubles.
At the moment all the materials of the criminal case have been sent to the court.
