Suspects in a robbery of a pawnshop in Kolpino have been detained by the Police
The Police detained three men who had committed a robbery of a pawn shop in one of the shopping centers of the Kolpinsky District of St. Petersburg.
In the evening of August 19, three offenders entered the pawn shop located in one of the shopping centers in the Proletarskaya Street in Kolpino. Threatening the Store Manager with an object similar to a gun, the offenders smashed the glass showcase and stole jewelry.
All the three offenders were detained by the 4th Division of the operational-investigative unit No.2 of the MIA General Administration for Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region and the MIA Division for the Kolpinsky District based on specific features of the offenders provided by the store employees.
The detainees were men aged from 30 to 35 years, one of whom - a citizen of one of the Transcaucasian states.
The list and the value of the stolen jewelry are being defined. The Police initiated a criminal case on the grounds of an offense stipulated by the RF Criminal Code article "Robbery." The suspects were detained on the basis of Article 91 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Russia.
