Officers of the MIA Division for the Nadymsky District pay much attention to teaching the basics of legal knowledge to the younger generation. The police carry out a preventive action "ABCs of Law." The basic forms used in work with children - are talks, excursions, meetings, discussion and simulation of problem situations, role-playing games. Comprehensive preventive event "Big rights of a small child" was interesting and entertaining not only for the pupils but also for their teachers.
Traffic Safety Outreach Inspector Anna Polyanskikh focused the kids' attention on the observance of the Traffic Rules: at proper and safe riding bicycles, scooters and roller skates. The children learned some special signals used by cyclists on the road, and remembered how to check the serviceability of a bicycle before using it.
Legal Adviser of the Division Darya Doroshenko in her lecture noted that preschoolers need the knowledge of human rights and rights of a child. With the help of small quatrains, riddles and proverbs children repeated the preliminaries of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, learned about the role of law in human life, once again repeated the rules of conduct with strangers.
To make the meeting memorable for the children, at the end of the event, each child received from the hands of the Police a themed coloring pad and a badge "Young friend of the Police."
