In the Irkutsk Region the Police rescued people from fire
Early in the morning the staff of the MIA Inter-municipal Division "Usolsky" - the assistant duty-officer Sergei Milostnykh and a police officer of the Private Security Division Yevgeny Roslik - were returning from service. Driving down a street in the city of Engels, they noticed a thick smoke coming from the window of an apartment in a two-story house
The police officers tried to enter the apartment, but the people inside could not open the door. Then Police Ensign Sergei Milostnykh ran into the street and using the window lattices climbed to the second floor.
Residents of the burning apartment passed to Sergey through the window their two small children. Evegeny Roslik waiting on the ground took the children and then using the same method he help their mother to get down.
By the time firefighters arrived the police rescued from the flames one more man and started extinguishing the fire.
