In the Perm Territory the Police held a contest "My Child is in a Car-Seat"
Traffic police officers of the Yelovo village in the Perm Territory together with the district newspaper held a photo contest "My child is in a car-seat."
For three months the residents sent photographs of their kids, strapped with belts in the car seat - mandatory item for transporting children in a car.
The contest received dozens of works of motorists. With the highest number of votes the victory was won by a local mother of a large family. Traffic Police inspector gave her and her children, gifts as well as colorful aids on the Traffic Rules.
