Heroin has been seized by the Police in Chelyabinsk
Inspectors of the Road and Patrol Service of the Chelyabinsk Traffic Police noticed a car driving at a high speed. Traffic inspectors decided to stop the car and check the driver for intoxication. At the request of the Traffic inspectors the foreign-made car started slowing down and "cuddling" to the side of the road, but at the last moment, the driver speeded-up and tried to escape.
Traffic Police officers decided to chase the offender. In one of the streets they managed to stop the foreign-made car. The driver of the car tried to resist and the Police detained him. During a personal search of the man the Police found a plastic bag in which there were five packages with a powdery white substance. The investigation established that the seized substance was heroin weighing more than 100 grams.
The suspect was handed over to investigative task force of the police division "Sovetsky" of the MIA Administration for the city of Chelyabinsk.
A criminal case was initiated on the fact of illegal drug trafficking.
