In the Kaluga Region the Police detained a suspect of Internet fraud
The MIA Inter-municipal Division "Lyudinovsky" received the materials on the fact of fraud against a resident of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The check found that the applicant noticed on the website of free ads information about an individual entrepreneur offering loans on favorable terms. Having got interested in the proposal, he contacted the entrepreneur who had placed the ad. The man was explained that to obtain a loan he had to make an insurance payment. Once the client transferred the money the lender stopped communicating with him and the applicant did not receive any money.
In the course of operational and technical measures, it was found that the ad had been posted by a resident of Lyudinovo city, who had been previously brought to criminal liability for fraud. The suspect was detained by the Police.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated against the suspect.
