On the eve of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 a television and radio reporter of the company "My Udmurtia" Svetlana Bulanava gets the prize for the documentary "Living Memory" about the Hero of the Soviet Union, Major-General Alexander Saburov, recognized to be the best material about veterans of the internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the MIA Internal Troops.
