In the Kalarsky District of Trans-Baikal Territory the Police ensures the security of citizens living in the area flooded due to a rise of water level in the local river.
On the previous day the rural settlement "Charskoye" introduced the state of emergency because of the rise of the water level in the Chara River. There was interrupted the automobile traffic between the villages Old and New Chara. In the flooded area there were stationed police posts. Police officers help local residents to move from one village to another, organize road traffic safety.
Traffic Police officers and police precincts talk with local residents about the need to follow safety rules on the streets.
