The Primorsky Territory is getting ready for the new school year. Police officers of the Territory pay special attention to enhancing the integrated safety of educational institutions, developing uniform effective approaches to solving the problems of creating the conditions ensuring the protection of life and health of pupils, students and staff of educational institutions during the training and employment.
On the eve of September 1 the Police check the conformity of educational institutions with security requirements to educational facilities. There were presented for acceptance 514 municipal schools, 503 kindergartens, 27 orphanages and boarding schools for orphans and children left without parental care, 29 special corrective boarding school.
The committees included precinct police inspectors, juvenile inspectors, the traffic police and the private security. Throughout the period of preparation for the Day of Knowledg the regional operational headquarters on crime prevention has been working at the MIA Regional Administration. Members of the HQ have been monitoring the operational situation in the cities and municipalities of the Territory, ensuring collection, analysis and synthesis of data on the state of public order.
During the inspection, MIA officers analyzed the security system of supervised institutions. All the secondary schools of the Primorsky Territory organized round the clock guards service, 281 schools and 321 kindergartens are equipped with alarm buttons connected to the remote centralized security switchboard, 87 child care centers are protected by private security companies.
Chiefs of the MIA Administration for the Primorsky Territory, officers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Department of Education and Science of the Territory coordinated their steps to ensure the security of educational institutions, the safety of students and staff, there was provided an algorithm of actions in emergency situations.
