Policemen detain an internationally wanted man in the Irkutsk Region
Policemen of the Irkutsk Division of the National Central Bureau of Interpol of the Russian MIA General Administration for the Irkutsk Region detained an internationally wanted man.
The foreign citizen had been wanted for having committed several large-scale fraud operations with vehicles in the territory of one of the CIS countries. In 2014, being under examination, the man escaped the law enforcement bodies.
It was established that he was staying with his relatives in Angarsk. The policemen detained the man and immediately convoyed him to the police division.
The wanted man has been arrested by now. The issue of extradition is being settled.
