In the Kirov Region the Police revealed a fact of trade in counterfeit goods
In the Inter-municipal Division "Vyatskopolyansky"of the Russian MIA a criminal case was initiated against a businessman suspected of selling counterfeit copies of products on a large scale.
The duty-unit of the Vyatskopolyansky Police Division received information that in one of the malls of Sosnovka there were sold counterfeit discs with movies, cartoons and programs. The check carried out by officers of the Division of Economic Security and Combating the Corruption, confirmed this information.
The discs were seized and sent for examination. According to the examination results, 419 discs were found to be counterfeited, the damage to copyright holders amounted to more than 187 thousand rubles.
A criminal case against the detainee has been initiated on the results of the examination.
