In the Perm Territory the Traffic Police inspectors helped a freezing driver

In the Perm Territory Traffic Police Regiment inspectors were patrolling the Perm-Kungur federal highway. On the 31-kilometer of the highway they noticed a parked truck.

The police officers discovered that the man was transporting cargo to Perm, but the truck stalled on the road. Because of a low temperature the gas in the tank of his truck got frozen, and there turned to be no gasoline in the tank.

The police offered the driver to get warm in their service car, and then helped him to get to the nearest gas station.

Later, the driver, a resident of Kungur, contacted the MIA General Administration in the Perm Territory and thanked the police officers Mikhail Lizunov, Pavel Sannikov and Yaroslav Luzin for help.
