As a result of raids to reveal violations in the consumer market, officers of the administrative law enforcement division of the MIA of Russia Division for the city of Anapa established the fact of illegal sale of alcohol products in one of the local cafes.
A 43-year-old local resident organized the sale of wine and chacha (grape vodka) without the necessary permits. More than 500 liters of alcohol products were withdrawn from the illegal trafficking.
In relation to the seller, law enforcement officers drew up an administrative protocol under part 1 of Article 14.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Unlawful sale of goods, the free sale of which is prohibited or restricted”. A check is carried out in relation to the director of the cafe.
