Around 6:00 am officers of MIA Special Rapid Response Unit in Angarsk noticed smoke, going out of the window of a residential two-story house. Police-driver Evgeny Shutkin with his partner Artem Galyzin rushed to the burning building. They woke-up the sleeping residents.
When the police started to evacuate people, the fire spread already from the first floor to the roof of the house. There was a danger that people will be cut off from the exit.
Thanks to quick and decisive action of police officers all the eight people managed to leave the flaming house.
