The Paris Appeals Court passed a ruling on the extradition to Russia of its citizen, born in 1968, who is accused of sexual harassment against a minor child committed in early 2012.
The man fled from law enforcement agencies outside the Russian Federation and on the initiative of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Omsk Region has been included in the Interpol international wanted list.
As a result of measures taken on the request of the regional department of Interpol National Center, on February 28, 2013 the man was detained in France and arrested. At the detention the wanted had with him a fake passport of a Polish citizen.
