Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General of Police Vitaly Shulika held a “round-table” with students of higher academic courses of the MIA of Russia Academy of Management, including heads of territorial bodies of internal affairs and educational organizations of the Ministry. Topical issues of the organization of financial, economic, information and logistics support in the MIA of Russia system were discussed.
The event was attended by the Chief of the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Lieutenant General of Police Andrey Konev and chiefs of specialized Chairs of the Academy.
Vitaly Shulika noted convenient format of interaction, which allowed participants to consider the stated issues in detail, listen to the opinions of regional leaders and propose solutions to possible problems.
During the discussion, the participants considered relevant aspects of improving the logistics, financial, economic and information support of the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, as well as social support for police officers and their families.
The Deputy Minister emphasized that the leadership of the Ministry was paying close attention to the development of the material and technical base of internal affairs bodies, since the effectiveness of their service tasks implementation directly depended on that.
