Administration "K" received information on hacking the official account of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in a social network.
Later investigators found that the malefactor was a 20-year-old young man, a resident of Moscow, a student of journalistic faculty in a Moscow Higher Educational Establishment, formerly an employee of the FAS of Russia department of information projects.
The young man’s duties included the administration of Federal Antimonopoly Service accounts in social networks. Management and colleagues repeatedly noted breaching of labor discipline by the employee which became the reason for his subsequent dismissal.
With an access to the account in a social network, the malefactor posted anti-constitutional and anti-social slogans, and then blocked the access to the account. A criminal case was initiated in line with Art. 272 of the Criminal Code "Illegal access to computer information."
At the moment a preventive measure has been selected against the malefactor in the form of on his own recognizance.
