The police duty unit of the intermunicipal subdivision "Dimitrovgrad" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia received a message on hooliganism of a resident of one of the houses in Dimitrovgrad. Precinct police officer Captain Rafael Musin and a private security squad composed of Police Senior Sergeants Gennady Mamayev and Vladimir Nabokov arrived to the scene.

The police officers found out that a 41-year-old troublemaker while intoxicated, locked himself in the apartment, opened gas hobs of the oven and holding a lighter in his hand threatened to make an explosion.

Actions of the offender created a real threat to the life and health of the apartment building residents.

Officers of the private security service communicated with the offender through the window and tried to talk him into opening the door. At the same time the precinct police officer penetrated into the flat and detained the offender. Well-coordinated and professional actions of the police made it possible to prevent casualties.
