The new head of the MIA of Russia Department for the Tambov Region was presented today to the personnel
Today at the MIA of Russia Department for the Tambov Region, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Police Colonel-General Vladimir Kolokoltsev presented the Head of the Department, Police Major General Yuri Kulik, to the personnel.
The Presidential Decree on his appointment was signed by the President of the Russian Federation on January 4, 2014.
At a meeting held at the MIA Regional Department Minister Kolokoltsev set tasks for the management of the main department. He instructed to focus on improving the efficiency of work with personnel. Selection to the service should be based on moral, psychological and professional qualities and there may be no other criteria in this issue – stressed the MIA Head.
Vladimir Kolokoltsev referred to the main tasks the need for strict monitoring of employee performance and improving the quality of public services provided to the population.
The Tambov police team led by Yuriy Kulik shall achieve the objectives set and shall do everything necessary to ensure in full the safety of citizens and the protection of their legal rights.
