President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin issued a decree making a number of ​ appointments in the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs

Presidential Decree removed from office, appointed to office and dismissed from service the following officers of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and of the MIA General Command of Internal Troops.

Kulik, Yuri Pavlovich has been assigned by Presidential Decree as Head of the Russian MIA Department for the Tambov Region. The same Decree appointed him to the special rank of Police Major General. Police Colonel Yuri Nikolayevich Ruzlyaev has been assigned as head of the Russian MIA Department for the Penza Region.

The President with his decree has assigned:

Major General Bobkov, Pavel Borisovich – as Deputy Head of the Combat Training Department of the Russian MIA General Command of the Internal Troops;

Major General Boiko, Sergey Mikhailovich – as Chief of Staff – First Deputy Commander of the Eastern Regional Command of the Russian MIA General Command of the Internal Troops;

Major General Borukayev, Oleg Borisovich – as Head of the Department for Security of Important Public Facilities, Special and Military Cargoes of the Russian MIA General Command of the Internal Troops – Deputy Chief of Staff of the Internal Troops;

Police Colonel Bynenko, Alexander Victorovich – as Deputy Head of the Main Department of Criminal Investigation of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs;

Major General Virukhin, Dmitry Nikolayevich – as First Deputy Head of the Organization and Mobilization Department of the Russian MIA General Command of the Internal Troops;

Major General of Internal Service Gladkin, Sergey Ivanovich – as Deputy Head of the Treaty and Law Department of the MIA of Russia;

Major General Drapey, Igor Iosifovich – as Deputy Commander for Logistics of the Central Regional Command of the Internal Troops of the Russian MIA –Chief of Logistics;

Lieutenant General Zakharkin, Sergey Victorovich – Deputy Head of the Personnel Management Department of the Russian MIA General Command of the Internal Troops;

Police Major General Zinovyev, Igor Victorovich – as Deputy Chief of Police - Head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the MIA of Russia’s Main Department for Moscow, relieving him from his position;

Colonel of Internal Service Krasnov, Vitaly Georgievich – as Deputy Head of Department of Civil Service and Personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia;

Major General Yudov, Vladimir Ivanovich - as Deputy Commander for Combat Training of the Central Regional Command of the Internal Troops of the Russian MIA;

Colonel Yakubovskiy, Anatoly Stepanovich – First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Central Regional Command of the Russian MIA Internal Troops.

Released from position – Colonel of Internal Service Gorbunov, Sergey Petrovich – Deputy Head of the MIA of Russia Main Department for Krasnodar Territory.

Released from positions and dismissed from military service: Lieutenant General Bolakhnin Vyatcheslav Petrovich, Head of the Department for Security of Important Public Facilities, Special and Military Cargoes of the Russian MIA General Command of the Internal Troops – Deputy Chief of Staff of the Internal Troops; Major General Mileyko, Sergey Ivanovich, Deputy Commander for Logistics of the Central Regional Command of the Internal Troops of the Russian MIA –Chief of Logistics.
