“In Moscow, criminal investigation officers of the MIA of Russia Division for the Orekhovo-Borisovo Severnoye District detained a suspect in a robbery.
Territorial police division received a statement from the manager of a pharmacy, located in the Shipilovsky passage. According to the applicant, she was called by an employee reporting that the front door had been broken-open by unknown persons, who entered the premises, openly stole money from the cash register and then disappeared.
Investigators of the MIA of Russia District Division initiated a criminal case on the features of an offense stipulated by part 2 of Article 161 of the RF Criminal Code.
As a result of operational search activities, one of the suspects was detained on the Leningradskoye Highway in Moscow. The suspects turned to be a 24-year-old guest of the city. Placement to custody was selected by court as the preventive measure for the suspect.
Currently, investigative actions aimed at establishing the actual circumstances of the incriminated offence are being carried out,” said the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.
