“Criminal Investigation officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tyva as a result of operational search activities detained two more men who, on April 14th, escaped from the temporary detention center of the Inter-Municipal Division Barun-Khemchik of the Russian MIA.
One of them, born in 1987, was detained near the Kyzyl-Mazhalyk settlement of the Barun-Khemchiksky District, the second, born in 1989, - in the city of Ak-Dovurak,” said the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.
Earlier, officers of the MIA for the Republic of Tyva, in collaboration with colleagues from the Rosgvardia, detained four men who had escaped from the detention facility.
Thus, the total number of detainees makes currently 6 people. Operational search measures to establish the location of other escapees continue.
