In Pskov, transport policemen found an Estonian citizen who had lost contact with relatives

The Pskov Traffic Police received a telephone message from an Estonian citizen with a request to assist in the search for his father who the day before had gone to Pskov by bus with a subsequent transfer to an express train to Moscow.  However, he did not reach the capital of Russia and did not get in touch with him. The son was very worried about the whereabouts of his father, because he was already 66 years old.

Shortly, transport policemen found the missing citizen. He was at the railway station. It was established that after arriving in Pskov, he was late for the express train and, waiting for the next train to Moscow, got acquainted at the railway station with a local resident who warmly welcomed the foreign guest at his home. The foreigner's mobile phone was discharged and for this reason he could not inform his relatives about the incident. No unlawful acts against him had occurred.

The transport police handed over the foreign guest to his son who arrived in Pskov from Estonia. He sincerely thanked the law enforcement officers for the efficiency and professionalism shown in the search for his father.
