“At the end of September, in the evening, an accident occurred in front of house 30 on the Krylatskiye Kholmy Street. The driver of a car, riding from Krylatskaya Street towards Krylatskiye Kholmy Street, hit a woman with a 5-year-old child who were crossing the roadway via an unregulated pedestrian crossing,” said the official representative of the Russian MIA Irina Volk.
As it was established, the driver had got out of the car, carried the woman and then her grandson to the curb of the roadway, and then fled from the place of the traffic accident.
Traffic police officers identified the car and detained the driver. In respect of the 59-year-old resident of the city of Moscow, protocols on administrative offenses have been drawn up, as provided for in Articles 12.7 and 12.27 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
