Guests from the Heilongjiang Judicial and Police Officers Professional College of the Chinese Ministry of Public Security visited the Far-Eastern Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with lectures on cybersecurity, forensic technologies, on the detection and punishment of drivers in a state of intoxication in China.
Each presentation of Chinese experts was accompanied by a lot of questions. Lively discussions contributed to the analysis of problems from different angles.
Chinese colleagues thanked for the knowledge received during their stay at the institute. In addition, to exchanging experience with the permanent and alternate staff, the guests toured the sights of the city and the university and visited the museum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Khabarovsk Territory.
The Far-Eastern Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Heilongjiang Judicial and Police Officers Professional College of the Chinese Ministry of Public Security conduct international cooperation in various joint forms (bilateral exchange of cadets and staff for language internships, participation in scientific conferences and publication in joint scientific collections of articles, exchange of experience, lectures on legal subjects and other events).
